1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Morgan Family Plumbing services, scheduling appointments, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Morgan Family Plumbing provides plumbing services including but not limited to:

Emergency repairs and service calls

New construction and remodeling plumbing

Full house repiping

Water and sewer main line replacement

Snow melt and radiant heating systems

General plumbing maintenance and repairs

3. Service Area

We provide services throughout the Treasure Valley including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Eagle, Star, Kuna, and surrounding areas in Ada and Canyon Counties, Idaho.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Free Estimates: Provided for major projects and installations

Service Calls: May include diagnostic fees applied toward repair costs

Pricing: All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified

Changes: Any changes to agreed-upon work will require written approval and may affect final pricing

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing

Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, and major credit cards

A service charge may apply to returned checks

Past due accounts may be subject to collection action and additional fees

6. Scheduling and Appointments

Regular Service: Scheduled during normal business hours

Emergency Service: Available 24/7 for urgent plumbing issues

Cancellations: Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations

Access: Customer must provide reasonable access to work areas

7. Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship: We guarantee our labor for one (1) year from completion date

Materials: Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and fixtures

Emergency Repairs: 90-day warranty on parts and labor

Warranty Exclusions: Damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature

8. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about plumbing issues

Ensure safe and reasonable access to work areas

Remove personal belongings from work areas

Notify us immediately of any concerns with completed work

Maintain systems according to manufacturer recommendations

9. Liability and Insurance

Morgan Family Plumbing is fully licensed and insured in Idaho

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage

Customers are responsible for protecting personal property during service

10. Permits and Code Compliance

We obtain required permits for major installations and repairs

All work performed meets current Idaho plumbing codes

Permit fees are additional unless specified in estimate

Customer is responsible for providing accurate property information

11. Privacy and Information

Customer information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties

We may use project photos for marketing purposes with customer permission

Contact information may be used for appointment reminders and follow-up

12. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve all concerns promptly and professionally

Any disputes will be handled through good faith negotiation

Idaho state law governs all services and agreements

Jurisdiction for legal matters is Ada County, Idaho

13. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent plumbing issues

Emergency rates may apply for after-hours, weekend, and holiday service

We define emergencies as situations causing property damage or health hazards

14. Limitation of Liability

Morgan Family Plumbing's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

Consequential or indirect damages

Loss of use or business interruption

Damage to landscaping during necessary excavation

Pre-existing conditions discovered during service

15. Material and Equipment

We use quality materials appropriate for each application

Customer-supplied materials are installed at customer's risk

We are not responsible for warranty issues with customer-supplied materials

Material selections may affect pricing and warranties

16. Modifications to Terms

Morgan Family Plumbing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to future services.
