1. Workmanship Warranty
Standard Labor Warranty
ONE (1) YEAR warranty on all labor and workmanship from the date of completion for:
Installation services
Repair work
System modifications
Fixture installations
Emergency Repair Warranty
NINETY (90) DAYS warranty on parts and labor for:
Emergency service calls
After-hours repairs
Weekend and holiday service
Major Installation Warranty
TWO (2) YEARS warranty on labor for:
Full house repiping
Water and sewer main line replacement
Snow melt system installation
Radiant floor heating systems
New construction rough-in plumbing
2. Materials and Parts Warranty
Manufacturer Warranties
All materials and fixtures carry full manufacturer warranties
Warranty periods vary by manufacturer (typically 1-10 years)
We will assist with warranty claims and service
Original receipts and documentation provided
Parts Supplied by Morgan Family Plumbing
One (1) year warranty on all parts we supply and install
Covers defects in materials and workmanship
Does not cover normal wear and tear
3. What is Covered
Our warranty covers:
Defects in Workmanship: Poor installation, improper connections, code violations

5. Warranty Service Process
To Obtain Warranty Service:

Allow Inspection: Permit reasonable access to evaluate the issue
Authorized Repairs Only: Warranty is void if others attempt repairs
Our Response:
Prompt Evaluation: We'll assess the issue within 2 business days
No-Cost Repairs: Covered items repaired at no charge during warranty period

Maximum Liability:
Our liability is limited to the original service cost
We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages

Travel charges may apply for locations outside standard service area
