1. Workmanship Warranty

Standard Labor Warranty

ONE (1) YEAR warranty on all labor and workmanship from the date of completion for:

Installation services

Repair work

System modifications

Fixture installations

Emergency Repair Warranty

NINETY (90) DAYS warranty on parts and labor for:

Emergency service calls

After-hours repairs

Weekend and holiday service

Major Installation Warranty

TWO (2) YEARS warranty on labor for:

Full house repiping

Water and sewer main line replacement

Snow melt system installation

Radiant floor heating systems

New construction rough-in plumbing

2. Materials and Parts Warranty

Manufacturer Warranties

All materials and fixtures carry full manufacturer warranties

Warranty periods vary by manufacturer (typically 1-10 years)

We will assist with warranty claims and service

Original receipts and documentation provided

Parts Supplied by Morgan Family Plumbing

One (1) year warranty on all parts we supply and install

Covers defects in materials and workmanship

Does not cover normal wear and tear

3. What is Covered

Our warranty covers:

Defects in Workmanship: Poor installation, improper connections, code violations

Material Failures: Defective parts supplied by us

System Performance: Proper operation according to design specifications

Leak Repairs: Any leaks resulting from our installation or repair work

Code Compliance: All work meets current Idaho plumbing codes

4. What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: Expected deterioration from regular use

Acts of Nature: Freeze damage, floods, earthquakes, or severe weather

Misuse or Abuse: Damage from improper use or unauthorized modifications

Third-Party Work: Repairs or modifications by others

Pre-Existing Conditions: Problems that existed before our service

Maintenance Items: Routine cleaning, filter changes, or adjustments

Customer-Supplied Materials: Items provided by customer

Consequential Damages: Property damage or loss of use

5. Warranty Service Process

To Obtain Warranty Service:

Contact Us Promptly: Call during business hours to report issues

Provide Information: Service date, description of problem, and original invoice

Allow Inspection: Permit reasonable access to evaluate the issue

Authorized Repairs Only: Warranty is void if others attempt repairs

Our Response:

Prompt Evaluation: We'll assess the issue within 2 business days

No-Cost Repairs: Covered items repaired at no charge during warranty period

Quality Resolution: Same high standards as original installation

6. Warranty Conditions

Customer Responsibilities:

Proper Use: Operate systems according to manufacturer guidelines

Reasonable Care: Protect plumbing from damage and misuse

Maintenance: Perform recommended maintenance (does not affect warranty)

Prompt Notification: Report warranty issues immediately when discovered

System Requirements:

Water Quality: Extremely hard water or contamination may affect warranty

Environmental Conditions: Systems must operate within design parameters

Access: Reasonable access required for warranty service

8. Warranty Limitations

Maximum Liability:

Our liability is limited to the original service cost

We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages

No warranty on pre-existing conditions discovered during service

Geographic Limitations:

Warranty service provided within our normal Treasure Valley service area

Travel charges may apply for locations outside standard service area

All services are automatically registered in our system

No additional registration required
